Keeping your customers satisfied and most importantly keeping them safe

At present, we are responsible for cleaning in excess of over 30 play areas yearly. These are on either monthly, quarterly, 6 monthly or one-off contracts and full written references from these satisfied clients are available should you require them. All of our staff are fully trained in hygiene, sanitisation and deep cleaning of play centres. Our company is comprehensively insured for this type of service. We will provide a framed ‘Gold Service’ certification for you to display once the Deep Cleaning and sanitisation has been completed.



Our ball pool cleaning services are available throughout the south of England including London and the surrounding home counties.

We offer a full range of sanitisation services to ensure safe play. Your ball pit if not regularly cleaned and sanitised will contain many unpleasant bacteria. As part of our full soft play system cleaning solution (click here for details) or as a one off emergency clean we use specialist ball cleaning machines that will ensure a healthy hygienic ball pond.


Our ball cleaning equipment removes all balls from the ball pit, scrubs them and submerges them into a sanitisation fluid, the balls are then pumped into a netting system and stored. The base of the pit is then vacuumed, deep cleaned and sanitised, the balls are then returned to the ball pond and a turbo blower is added to aid drying. We recommend the Ball pit should remain closed until the balls and the base of the ball pit are dry.


Our staff are fully trained in sanitisation and deep cleaning to meet official health and safety guidelines and we are comprehensively insured.  We will provide certification for you to display once the deep cleaning and sanitation has been completed.


We will always attempt to accommodate Emergency call outs however please note that an additional charge may be raised if the service cannot be completed between 8am and 5.30pm

Health & safety within Education

We will provide the following documents for you to retain on site:

  • A copy of the cleaning contract and our terms and conditions.

  • Personalised cleaning schedule for evidence of how your faculty takes necessary steps
    to prevent the spread of infection in line with A Unique Child - Health and well being.

  • Risk assessments and COSH sheets relevant to the activity taking place by the cleaners
    and cleaning products used by the cleaners.

  • Nursery cleaning specialists’ company health and safety policy.

  • If any other cleaning service have been provided i.e. deep cleans have taken place and clear record of what areas were cleaned.

  • A copy of our employers and public liability.
