BWH Group’s experience has ever developed through the management of hotel security for a number of leading clients over the years. This includes, DeVere Hotels, Principal Hotel group and many more.
We recognise the requirements of hotels that need staff security who are familiar with the needs of their customers. To ensure we adhere to these requirements, we have made sure that all our staff are trained in customer service NVQ Level 2 and given extra training, where necessary, in customer services. This is in addition to their SIA license requirements.
In our experiences, we have found that the key to a good security operative is communication skills, intelligence, presentation and the ability to deal with any potential situation in a concise but calming manner. We have many reliable and fully trained personnel who are ideal for dealing with various security services. This can be anything from dealing with reception security to key management, guest safety to theft prevention, as well as front and back of house team.
What we do:
Perform floor walks.
Carry out room checks.
Develop staff and customer safety evacuation plans.
Exercise guest control and provide existing staff with customer service and conflict management skills.
How we do it
BWH Group Management Team visits the client to complete a site survey. This can define the exact service the client requires. The management team will then conduct a risk assessment so that an efficient operational plan can be created.
