Security reception and concierge services have been one of the earliest existing parts of our business. In fact, BWH Group has been supplying this type of security since we were formed.  

Our years of experience have allowed us to develop bespoke solutions for the private and public sector. We take a look at what can support the circumstances based on customers’ particular requirements and move forward as appropriate.

We encourage our security guards and management teams to be innovative. As such we have introduced new working practices. This adds further value to the role our security officers play at every opportunity.

Our security receptionist teams monitor and report on health and safety issues. Each officer receives training in risk assessments and work-site inspections to ensure you can trust in your security investment.

For added reassurance to your safety, our security officers also receive additional training in customer care.  Modules include ‘meet and greet’, meeting room management, switchboard and corporate help desk. This is also grouped with the provision of a range of concierge services to ensure the hired security can take care of everything you need regarding your property’s safety.

We make sure we are in discussion with our all our clients and seek to tailor these core services to their specific requirements.
